All our products undergo the following quality inspections before leaving the factory:
1. Enclosure Protection Level Test
For products rated at IP6X, we follow the standards set by GB/T 4208-2017 on enclosure protection (IP code). Talcum powder is filtered using a metal square mesh sieve (wire diameter: 50 μm, mesh size: 75 μm) with a dosage of 2 kg/m³, applied no more than 20 times. No vacuum pump is used during the process. The dust test runs for 8 hours.Afterward, the sample is submerged 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes, ensuring the temperature difference between the water and the test environment does not exceed 5K.
2. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Test
