LoRa Anti-Drone Module and GaN Anti-Drone Module — Shorter Response, Longer Range
The manufacturing technologies for LoRa (Long Range) and GaN (Gallium Nitride) anti-drone modules have advanced significantly, offering more efficient and reliable counter-drone solutions. Among these, the LoRa module has gained popularity for its specialized interference capabilities, with growing demand across security and defense sectors.
The LoRa anti-drone module excels in countering FPV (First-Person View) drones, which are highly agile and difficult to disrupt using conventional methods. With its tailored interference approach, the LoRa module effectively neutralizes FPV drone threats, providing critical protection for sensitive information and restricted airspace.
Complementing the LoRa module, UND has developed a GaN-based anti-drone module that offers superior jamming performance. Compared to traditional modules, systems equipped with GaN technology can jam drones at longer distances and with faster response times, thanks to GaN’s high-power efficiency and thermal stability.
As drone technology continues to evolve, both LoRa and GaN anti-drone modules are set to play increasingly vital roles in airspace security. Their ongoing development will contribute substantially to safeguarding sensitive areas and maintaining public safety in an era of expanding drone use.
