The IED Jammer is designed to defeat remote-controlled improvised explosive devices deployed on SUV-type vehicles for force protection and VIP security. Originally designed as a roof-mounted system, this RCIED Jammer has evolved into a trunk-mounted version based on extensive field experience and client feedback.
Built for continuous operation in challenging environments, the RCIED Jammer supports rapid field installation and disassembly while providing reliable protection for individual vehicles and convoy security involving multiple fleets in transit.
RF Jammers use jamming signals to disrupt remote-controlled improvised explosive devices (RCIEDs) by creating radio interference that attacks the radio receiver of explosive devices, preventing detonation. The system jams HF, VHF, UHF, and Microwave radio frequencies to reduce the risk of RCIED attacks.
